Bauxite — Aluminium Ore (Re-export)
Bauxite re-export from Guinean / Indian / Chinese partners through Egyptian port logistics. Refractory + abrasive + alumina-grade. Bulk vessel.
1 product ready for export
Bauxite — refractory-grade calcined bauxite ≥ 85 % Al₂O₃, re-exported through Egyptian ports
Bauxite is the ore of aluminium and, once calcined, the backbone aggregate of high-alumina refractories. Egypt has no commercial bauxite deposit of its own; Egypt Globe Group operates this line as a re-export, sourcing Guinean and Indian material and routing it through Egyptian port logistics to refractory makers, cement-kiln lining contractors and abrasive producers in the Gulf, South Asia and the Far East. The calcined product is bought on four numbers — Al₂O₃, SiO₂, Fe₂O₃ and TiO₂ — and on bulk density, because a low-density calcine has not been fired hard enough to perform in a furnace lining.
The catalogue line is Bauxite — Refractory Grade ≥ 85 % Al₂O₃: Al₂O₃ ≥ 85 %, SiO₂ ≤ 7 %, Fe₂O₃ ≤ 2.5 %, TiO₂ ≤ 4 %, supplied in 0–1, 1–3 and 3–6 mm fractions. Re-export is exactly where chain-of-custody breaks down for many regional traders: the origin certificate travels, the cargo changes. Egypt Globe Group's QA division, built in since incorporation, accepts inbound bauxite only against the supplier's CoA plus its own arrival composite, and the port laboratory issues a fresh per-lot CoA before the Bill of Lading. A lot below 85 % Al₂O₃ or above the silica ceiling is rejected at the loading port, not re-graded.
