Beyond commodities —full supply-chain coverage in-house.

Supply-chain risk in bulk export is rarely the commodity — it is the handover between contractors. Egypt Globe Group removes the handovers: resident stevedoring, vessel-agency, port-QC, packing, inspection and documentation teams at all seven Egyptian ports, one accountable desk, documented Notice of Readiness and Statement of Facts on every vessel.

Pick a service or pair multiple in one quote.

Most buyers combine logistics, packing, inspection and documentation on a single shipment. One quote, one accountable team, one L/C-compliant set of paperwork — and the same per-lot QA gate at the port regardless of which services you pair.

Supply-chain services — mitigating global supply-chain risk from source to destination port

Sourcing the right commodity is half of a bulk contract. The other half is moving it from the Egyptian mine, saltwork, plant or cooperative onto a vessel, through customs, into the destination warehouse and onto the consignee's production line, with the correct evidence at every hand-over. Egypt Globe Group (incorporated 2014, Cairo HQ with a New Damietta operations office, export licence 600010794) operates an in-house service desk covering every link of that chain across the 7 Egyptian loading ports — Damietta (EGDAM), Port Said East (EGPSE), Alexandria (EGALY), El Dekheila (EGEDK), Ain Sokhna (EGSOK), Safaga (EGSGA) and Al-Arish (EGAAC).

Many regional exporters are inconsistent lot-to-lot because sourcing, processing, loading and paperwork sit with different sub-contractors and nobody owns the specification after the truck leaves the plant. Egypt Globe Group was built the other way round: a Quality Assurance division has been at the nucleus of the group since incorporation ("Quality at the Core"), with on-site laboratories at the Siwa Oasis and Qattara Depression rock-salt mines, at the North Sinai (El-Arish / Bardawil) and Red Sea (Ain Sokhna) saltworks, and port-side QC teams at all 7 ports. Every service below is a control point in that chain, not a stand-alone add-on.

The result is institutional reliability in bulk commodity exporting: one contract, one accountable team, one specification that is guaranteed at the port of loading and binding under the sales contract. Zero tolerance on specification deviation — lots outside the Certificate of Analysis are rejected at the loading port, never re-graded or renegotiated.
