Bulk salt for chlor-alkali — membrane-cell premium NaCl

For membrane-cell electrolysis, salt purity is everything. Our premium chlor-alkali grade is vacuum-evaporated Egyptian sea salt purpose-built for ion-exchange membrane compatibility, produced from North Sinai / Red Sea brine and refined to NaCl ≥ 99.3 % with sulphate held at ≤ 0.08 %. A Siwa Oasis rock-salt membrane grade (NaCl ≥ 99 %) is available for plants that prefer mined feed.

The cost of an off-spec salt lot in a membrane plant is measured in membrane life and kWh per tonne of NaOH, not in the salt invoice. Egypt Globe Group was built around an internal Quality Assurance division from incorporation in 2014; every evaporator batch is assayed, and every shipped lot carries a port-laboratory Certificate of Analysis issued before the B/L. Lots outside the CoA are rejected at the loading port — zero tolerance on specification deviation.
