Bulk Salt for Textile Dyeing — Reactive Dye Fixation

Bulk Egyptian sea salt for textile dyeing — reactive dye fixation, low-iron + low-SO₄ formulation (SO₄ ≤ 0.05 %). Cotton-mill grade fine particle, OEKO-TEX 100, per-lot CoA before B/L.

Bulk salt for textile dyeing — reactive dye fixation

Reactive dye fixation in cotton + viscose dyeing requires high-purity NaCl to push dye into fibre without contamination. Iron contamination causes spotting; sulphate competes with dye for binding sites. Egypt Globe Group supplies a dedicated vacuum-evaporated North Sinai / Red Sea sea salt (NaCl ≥ 99 %, SO₄ ≤ 0.05 %, 0.3–1 mm) and a low-iron Siwa rock salt (NaCl ≥ 99 %, Fe < 5 ppm) to cotton mills, with a per-lot Certificate of Analysis issued before the B/L.

A dye-house loses a whole batch of fabric to one spotted lot. The group's Quality Assurance division assays Fe and SO₄ on every lot at the port laboratory and rejects any lot outside the CoA at the loading port — zero tolerance on specification deviation.
