Packing & containerisation — 23 active formats, every one marked, weighed and recorded before loading
Egypt Globe Group ships every cargo in the packing format the destination market and the unloading infrastructure require. The group operates 5 packing categories across 23 active formats — loose bulk, single-layer bags, FIBC jumbo bags, bag-in-jumbo and OEM custom — all loadable on either a bulk vessel or a 20 ft / 40 ft / High-Cube container. The format is matched to the buyer's depot or retail chain on the FOB / CFR / CIF quotation.
Packing is a quality control point, not only a cost line. Moisture ingress through an unlined bag, a broken FIBC loop or an unmarked pallet turns an in-spec lot into a claim at destination. EGG's packing yards operate under the same Quality Assurance division as the laboratories: bag specification, fill weight, seal, marking and pallet stamp are checked and recorded per lot, and the Packing List is reconciled to the lot CoA before the document set is released.
