Packing & Containerisation

The lowest cost-per-MT option. Cargo is loaded directly into the vessel hold (bulk vessel) or
into a PE-lined container. No individual packing material → ~5–10% cheaper than bagged.

• Loose Bulk (vessel hold) — Direct gravity / conveyor loading. MOQ 5,000 MT. Best for

commodity buyers with their own grab / pneumatic discharge or shore-side silos. Used heavily
for cement, clinker, urea, DAP, salt, sugar.

• Direct Loose (container) — PE container liner bag stuffed with loose cargo via

shovel / conveyor. ~22 MT per 20ft. MOQ 100 MT. Used when bulk vessel isn't economical
(small tonnage, restricted port).

The most popular format for retail / wholesale / DIY chains. We stock 9 bag formats in
PP, laminated PP, PE, kraft, and HDPE-lined kraft.

• 50 kg PP woven — UV-stabilised. ~420 bags / 20ft container (~21 MT). OEM print

available. Default Egyptian standard.

• 50 kg laminated PP — PP woven + BOPP laminate. Moisture barrier. Glossy print

quality. Popular for retail chains.

• 50 kg PE woven — Polyethylene. Better chemical compatibility than PP for caustic

soda, soda ash, citric acid. Food-contact safe (EU 10/2011).

• 50 kg kraft paper — 3-ply biodegradable. Valve or open-mouth. Preferred for EU

food-grade markets.

• 50 kg HDPE-lined kraft — 3-ply kraft outer + HDPE inner liner. Combined biodegradable

+ moisture barrier. EU & US food-grade preferred for cement, fertilizers, hygroscopic
chemicals.

• 25 kg laminated PP — Premium laminate. Full-colour CMYK OEM print. For branded

consumer products.

• 5 kg retail pack — BOPP laminated with hanging hole. ~4,200 bags / 20ft. For retail

shelf placement.

The bulk-economic answer. 1 MT, 1.25 MT, and 1.5 MT FIBC jumbo bags (PP woven, 110–130
gsm) load on bulk vessels via crane lift, container-stuff via forklift, or stack-stow. Inner
PE liner available for hygroscopic / food-grade cargo.

• 1.25 MT FIBC — High-capacity for large bulk vessels. More efficient loading rate per

lift. MOQ 2,500 MT.

• 1.5 MT FIBC — Super-sack for Capesize / Panamax. Requires crane SWL certification ≥

2 MT. MOQ 5,000 MT.

The best of both worlds: any retail-ready inner bag (PP, PE, kraft, laminated) is
hand-stacked inside a 1 MT FIBC, then the FIBC is loaded on a bulk vessel. Combines
retail-spec packing with bulk-vessel economics.

Every bag, FIBC, and pallet is marked per L/C clauses: net / gross weight, batch number,
country of origin, port marks, consignee marks, manufacturing date, expiry date, and hazard
pictograms where required (UN-marked for chemical cargo).

• ISPM 15-compliant heat-treated pallets stamped to international phytosanitary standard.

Stretch-wrapped, edge-protected, top-sheeted for sea transport.

Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis. Phytosanitary, EUR1, Halal /
Kosher / GOEIC issued on request.
