Salt for industrial food manufacturing
Food-processing manufacturers need salt that is consistent batch-to-batch, food-safety certified and supplied with traceable Certificates of Analysis. Food manufacturers carry the audit risk of every ingredient: a salt lot with a heavy-metal excursion or an undeclared anti-caking agent fails the customer's FSSC audit, not the supplier's. EGG's Quality Assurance division runs ISO 22000 / HACCP / FSSC 22000 handling from pan to bag, tests a Codex STAN 150-1985 heavy-metal panel by ICP-MS on every lot, and issues the CoA at the port laboratory before the B/L. Lots outside specification are rejected at the loading port — never re-graded.
