Retail brands, HoReCa distributors, hospitality buyers and consumer-pack labellers need Egyptian sea salt with consistent grain size, food-grade purity, and packaging that arrives ready for direct retail (palletised, shrink-wrapped, ISPM 15-stamped). Egypt Globe Group supplies vacuum-evaporated and natural North Sinai / Red Sea sea salt from fine iodised table grade to fleur de sel, plus food-grade Siwa Oasis rock salt for grinder packs, under ISO 22000 / HACCP / FSSC 22000 and Halal certification.
A retail brand's reputation rides on the first shaker that clumps or the first pack that fails an iodine assay. The group's Quality Assurance division assays iodine, moisture, grain size and the Codex STAN 150-1985 heavy-metal panel on every lot at the port laboratory and issues the Certificate of Analysis before the B/L; lots outside specification are rejected at the loading port.
