What to include in an inquiry
An RFQ that states the following is priced fastest: commodity and grade, quantity and packing (bulk, FIBC or bagged), destination port, preferred Incoterm (FOB / CFR / CIF; DAP / DDP on request), required certificates and conformity programme (for example KEBS PVoC, SONCAP, SABER), and the target laycan. The export desk confirms whether every parameter of a tender specification can be met; specification is guaranteed at the port of loading and binding under the sales contract.

The Cairo head office handles commerce, sourcing, finance and compliance; the New Damietta operations office handles vessel coordination, documentation and port-side QC. Port operations teams are stationed at all 7 Egyptian loading ports and QA teams at the mines and saltworks — see Locations and Loading ports. Business hours are Sunday to Thursday.
