An RFQ that states the following is priced fastest: commodity and grade, quantity and packing (bulk, FIBC or bagged), destination port, preferred Incoterm (FOB / CFR / CIF; DAP / DDP on request), required certificates and conformity programme (for example KEBS PVoC, SONCAP, SABER), and the target laycan. The export desk confirms whether every parameter of a tender specification can be met; specification is guaranteed at the port of loading and binding under the sales contract.
