Port services & stevedoring — the loading berth as a controlled quality gate

Egypt Globe Group operates across all 7 Egyptian export terminals — Damietta (EGDAM), Port Said East (EGPSE), Alexandria (EGALY), El Dekheila (EGEDK), Ain Sokhna (EGSOK), Safaga (EGSGA) and Al-Arish (EGEAR) — running the full shore-to-vessel chain in-house or through long-term partner stevedores under EGG supervision. Berth booking, vessel agency, cargo handling and customs liaison are coordinated from the New Damietta operations office and executed by port teams that also host the group's port-side QC laboratories.

Loading is the point at which specification, quantity and time converge. Uncompromising QA verification from extraction to destination port means the port team does not load a lot until the port laboratory has issued its Certificate of Analysis or Mill Test Certificate, the stockpile is segregated by lot, and NOR has been tendered against a documented laycan. Lots outside the CoA are rejected at the loading port, never re-graded or renegotiated.
