Grains — milling wheat, feed corn, barley, sorghum and Egyptian rice under GAFTA terms with per-lot CoA

Egypt is the world's largest wheat importer and a major feed-grain buyer, while the Nile Delta produces a surplus of short-grain Camolino rice that is exported to the Gulf and Africa. Egypt Globe Group supplies both flows: CWRS-grade milling wheat, USDA Grade 2 yellow corn, 2-row feed barley and tannin-free red sorghum from Black Sea, EU, Australian and American origins, and Egyptian-milled rice at 5 % broken. Contracts are written on GAFTA terms with the specification guaranteed at the port of loading.

Grain disputes arise from moisture creep, hidden foreign matter, low test weight and mycotoxins that an origin certificate did not capture. The Quality Assurance division re-samples every lot at the port — moisture, test weight, protein, foreign matter, aflatoxin and DON on feed grains — and issues the CoA before the Bill of Lading. Lots outside the contracted CoA are rejected, never re-graded.
