Pelot Logistika is the logistics-services arm of the Pelot brand family — Slovenian-headquartered, with vessel-agency, multimodal-transport and Central European distribution capabilities. For Egypt Globe Group shipments into Europe it provides the discharge-to-warehouse leg, while Egypt Globe Group retains sourcing, per-lot certification and export documentation on the Egyptian side.

Why the partnership works
Egypt Globe Group runs Egyptian-side execution; Pelot Logistika runs European-side execution. Combined, the buyer deals with one consortium desk for the whole port-to-warehouse chain. The hand-over point is documented: specification is guaranteed at the Egyptian port of loading under the sales contract and recorded on the per-lot Certificate of Analysis; voyage and inland carriage are governed by the Bill of Lading, marine insurance and Pelot Logistika's carriage terms. Vessel calls are recorded with Notice of Readiness and Statement of Facts so laytime is settled on the record.
